Your Role as Head of Operations & Co-Founder
As Head of Operations & Co-Founder, you’ll shape the operational, financial, and strategic direction of Epapa. Working closely with the founding team, you’ll lead scaling efforts, optimize processes, and secure the resources needed for rapid growth. This role is remote-friendly for now, transitioning to an in-person leadership position in the U.S. starting Spring 2025. Together, we’ll create a global education ecosystem that empowers millions of students.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Drive Growth: Develop and execute scalable strategies to position Epapa as a global EdTech leader.
• Optimize Processes: Build efficient systems to support day-to-day operations and team performance.
• Expand Globally: Lead international expansion efforts, establishing partnerships and sustainable frameworks for global success.
Financial Leadership
• Budget Planning: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to fuel rapid growth.
• Fundraising: Collaborate with the founding team to secure funding from investors, VCs, and strategic partners.
• Investor Relations: Craft compelling pitch decks, manage investor communications, and ensure transparent reporting.
• Compliance: Navigate legal and financial regulations across the U.S. and international markets.
Partnership and Brand Development
• Strategic Alliances: Forge partnerships with education publishers, digital platforms, and influencers to amplify Epapa’s reach.
• Elevate the Brand: Position Epapa as a trusted, innovative leader in education through exceptional user experiences.
Data-Driven Strategy
• Analytics: Leverage data to refine strategies, optimize operations, and improve performance.
• Mission Tracking: Measure progress toward financial and mission-driven goals to ensure alignment with Epapa’s vision.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a mix of operational expertise, strategic vision, and passion for impact:
• Operational Leader: 3+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in startups, EdTech, or education.
• Strategic Visionary: Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving global growth.
• Fundraising Expertise: Success in securing funding and managing investor relationships.
• Financially Savvy: Strong understanding of financial systems, budgeting, and compliance.
• Collaborative Leader: Excellent communication and team-building skills, fostering open and effective collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Hands-on, proactive, and unafraid to take bold steps to achieve success.
• Flexible Availability: Financially able to support yourself for the first two months while we focus on securing revenue and raising funds.

We are looking for someone who can begin contributing right away but recognize the importance of building a solid foundation for a long-term partnership. Therefore, the co-founder role will only be finalized after a mutual evaluation period of around 2-3 months.
